Known for her vibrant color and energy, Marla Mullaney combines Impressionism and Expressionism in her paintings. Her work creates strong visual and emotional impact by depicting commonplace settings in a richly colorful, bold, and often whimsical style. I love people and nature and that is evident in my work.

Marla's art background includes training at the University of Minnesota, Orange Coast College, Chapman College, where she traveled and trained internationally, and UCLA. She completed her coursework in Art and Journalism.

I'm delighted to be able to blend my love for art with my love for people, in Art Via Vino. I'm describing it as "Instructor-Guided, Wine-Assisted" Art Making". It is amazing to see people enjoying the self-expression, and upbeat group energy of this 2 hour event. Of course non alcoholic events are gladly accommodated too.
I find it very gratifying to hear people say "I can't believe I painted that!" We go through a step-by-step process of making a wonderful frameable painting.
